Bought aquarium and all the associated paraphanlia for son costing £100+. Subsequently bought a few fish and a water snail - this died a few days later. Was refused a replacement despite them checking that water in tank was OK - because more than 48 hours had elapsed since purchase. £2.50 snail to keep customer happy? No? Dobbies it is then, shame.
