    I use couriers all the time in my business and am constantly been let down. I used Red Kite Courier for the first time yesterday and from now on will only be using them. I had to have a package delivered to london from West Wales by 9am this morning. I phoned at 6pm yesterday and the item was picked up by 6.30pm. The courier phoned me at 8am to tell me the item had been delivered!! The service they provided was excellent and I am extremly happy with the level of customer service I received. Well done Red Kite Courier!!!!
